Centered Software ("we," "us") builds software for founders and teams. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use analytics to improve the site, and we never sell your data.

Information you give us

When you submit an application or assessment form on this site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company, project details, budget range, and timeline. We use this information to evaluate your project, respond to your inquiry, and prepare for any calls or engagements that follow.

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) and forwarded to us. Netlify's handling of this data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used — pages visited, referral sources, button clicks, and how people move through forms such as the fit assessment. PostHog may record a session identifier, device and browser details, and (when enabled) anonymized session recordings of page interactions. We use this to improve the site and understand where people drop off. We do not sell this data, and it is not used to advertise to you on other sites.

We also use Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to measure marketing performance. Those services may collect similar technical information and set their own cookies, as described in their privacy policies.

Our hosting provider (Netlify) may log standard technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata as part of operating and securing the service.

Cookies

Analytics and advertising tools on this site may set cookies or similar identifiers so we can tell returning visits apart and measure conversions. These are used for site analytics and marketing measurement, not to sell your data.

How we use your information

Data retention

We keep application submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and service your inquiry, and for our reasonable business records afterward. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
