What we did
Centered built an agentic funding engine designed around the nonprofit’s real evaluation criteria — not a generic chatbot bolted onto a search box.
Every day, agents search for opportunities, score alignment, surface potential collaborators, and prepare early-stage proposal drafts for human review. People stayed in the loop for judgment; machines took the repetitive research load.
The system was built to compound: each cycle of review could sharpen what “good fit” meant, instead of forcing staff to start from zero every week.
The result
The organization gained an always-on research capability without hiring a dedicated grant researcher. Opportunities surface continuously. Drafts start earlier. Staff time moves from hunting to deciding.
